Need to get rid of my puppy :( for sale in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

I have a 23 week old Yorkie Poo. Her name is Lulu. She is all black. She is about 4 pounds now and fully grown will be 6-8 pounds. The reasoning for me having to get rid of her is that my landlord will not let me keep her, and I am in school everyday from 9:00-4:00 so it's not fair to her to be locked up in the house all day. She has had her shots, she is going for a little trim here soon. She will come with everything that we have bought for her, that's why we are asking $500. She comes with her bed, kennel, food bowls, food mat, toys, brush, training pads, shampoo, toothbrush, the rest of her food, a jacket, booties, bows, and more.
